【摘要】:Thisdocumentcoverschopcuttingmachinesandaccessories.Theextent,towhichhazardsarecovered,isindicatedinthisdocument.1Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfordesignandmanufactureofchopcuttingmachines.Themachinescoveredbythisdocumentareusedforcontinuousportioningoffresh,smokedorfrozenmeatwithandwithoutbonesorofsimilarproductsbyseparationbymeansofablade.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceandde-commissioningofthemachine.Thedocumentisnotdealingwiththespecifichazardsofloadingdevices.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletochopcuttingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.2Thisdocumentcoversthefollowingtypesofmachines:—chopcuttingmachineswithadischargechute(Figure1);—chopcuttingmachineswithadischargetrough(Figure2).3MachineconstructionChopcuttingmachinesareconstructedofamachineframe,afeedtroughwithanautomaticforwardfeeddevice,abladehousing,ablade,aremovalunit,associateddrives,electrical,hydraulicandpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Chopcuttingmachinesinthescopeofthisdocumentmaybeequippedwith:—afeedconveyorbeltinlongitudinal-andlateralaxis;—aremovalconveyorbelt;—atransfertrolleyfortheblade.4IntendeduseTheintendeduse(asdefinedinEN12100-1:2003,3.22)ofchopcuttingmachinesasdealtwithinthisdocumentisdescribedin1.1.Thematerialtobecutisfedeithermanuallyorbymeansofaloadingdeviceintothefeedtrough.Thematerialtobecutisfedtothebladebymeansoftheautomaticforwardfeeddevice.Theproductfallsviathedischargechuteintoatrolleyorintoadischargetroughwhichmaybeequippedwitharemovalconveyorbelt.Althoughitshouldbeadvisedagainst,thestandard,takingintoaccountpractice,dealswiththehazardsduetocleaningwithpressurisedwater.
