【摘要】:Thispracticeisusedtooutlinetheminimumnecessaryelementsandconditionstoobtainanaccuratedeterminationofthelocationofwetinsulationinroofingsystemsusinginfraredimaging.Thispracticeisnotmeanttobeaninstructionaldocumentortoprovidealltheknowledgeandbackgroundnecessarytoprovideanaccurateanalysis.Forfurtherinformation,seeANSI-ASHRAEStandard101andISO/DP6781.3E.Thispracticedoesnotprovidemethodstodeterminethecauseofmoistureoritspointofentry.Itdoesnotaddressthesuitabilityofanyparticularsystemtofunctioncapablyaswaterproofing.1.1Thispracticeappliestotechniquesthatemployinfraredimagingatnighttodeterminethelocationofwetinsulationinroofingsystemsthathaveinsulationabovethedeckincontactwiththewaterproofing.Thispracticeincludesground-basedandaerialinspections.(Warning8212;Extremecautionshallbetakenwhenaccessingorwalkingonroofsurfacesandwhenoperatingaircraftatlowaltitudes,especiallyatnight.)(Warning8212;Itisagoodsafetypracticeforatleasttwopeopletobepresentontheroofsurfaceatalltimeswhenground-basedinspectionsarebeingconducted.)1.2Thispracticeaddressescriteriaforinfraredequipmentsuchasminimumresolvabletemperaturedifference,spectralrange,instantaneousfieldofview,andfieldofview.1.3Thispracticeaddressesmeteorologicalconditionsunderwhichinfraredinspectionsshallbeperformed.1.4Thispracticeaddressestheeffectofroofconstruction,materialdifferences,androofconditionsoninfraredinspections.1.5Thispracticeaddressesoperatingprocedures,operatorqualifications,andoperatingpractices.1.6Thispracticealsoaddressesverificationofinfrareddatausinginvasivetestmethods.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin1.1.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwoilluminantsforuseincolorimetry.a)CIEstandardilluminantAThisisintendedtorepresenttypical,domestic,tungsten-filamentlighting.ItsrelativespectralpowerdistributionisthatofaPlanckianradiatoratatemperatureofapproximately2856K.CIEstandardilluminantAshouldbeusedinallapplicationsofcolorimetryinvolvingtheuseofincandescentlighting,unlesstherearespecificreasonsforusingadifferentilluminant.b)CIEstandardilluminantD65Thisisintendedtorepresentaveragedaylightandhasacorrelatedcolourtemperatureofapproximately6500K.CIEstandardilluminantD65shouldbeusedinallcolorimetriccalculationsrequiringrepresentativedaylight,unlesstherearespecificreasonsforusingadifferentilluminant.Variationsintherelativespectralpowerdistributionofdaylightareknowntooccur,particularlyintheultravioletspectralregion,asafunctionofseason,timeofday,andgeographiclocation.However,CIEstandardilluminantD65shouldbeusedpendingtheavailabilityofadditionalinformationonthesevariations.ValuesfortherelativespectralpowerdistributionofCIEstandardilluminantsAandD65aregiveninTable1ofthisInternationalStandard.Valuesaregivenat1nmintervalsfrom300nmto830nm.Theterm"illuminant"referstoadefinedspectralpowerdistribution,notnecessarilyrealizableorprovidedbyanartificialsource.Illuminantsareusedincolorimetrytocomputethetristimulusvaluesofreflectedortransmittedobjectcoloursunderspecifiedconditionsofillumination.TheCIEhasalsodefinedilluminantCandotherilluminantsD.TheseilluminantsaredescribedinPublicationCIE15:2004buttheydonothavethestatusofprimaryCIEstandardsaccordedtotheCIEstandardilluminantsAandD65describedinthisInternationalStandard.
