【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethod,bydeterminationoftheoxygendemandinaclosedrespirometer,fortheevaluationinaqueousmediumoftheultimatebiodegradabilityoforganiccompoundsandwastewatersatagivenconcentrationbyaerobicmicroorganisms.Themethodappliestoorganiccompoundswhicha)arewater-solubleundertheconditionsofthetest;b)arepoorlywater-solubleundertheconditionsofthetest,inwhichcasespecialmeasuresmaybenecessarytoachievegooddispersionofthecompound(seeforexample,ISO10634);c)donotreachandreactwiththeCO2absorbent;d)arevolatile,providedthatasuitablerespirometerorsuitableconditions(e.g.asmallerratioofvolumeheadspacetovolumeliquidmedium)areused;e)arenotinhibitorytothetestmicroorganismsattheconcentrationchosenforthetest.Thepresenceofinhibitoryeffectscanbedeterminedasspecifiedin7.3,orbyusinganyothermethodfordeterminingtheinhibitoryeffectofacompoundonbacteria(see,forexample,ISO8192).NOTETheconditionsdescribedinthisInternationalStandarddonotalwayscorrespondtotheoptimalconditionsforallowingthemaximumdegreeofbiodegradationtooccur.Foralternativebiodegradationmethods,seeISO15462.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthecalculationofcompressionfactorsofnaturalgases,naturalgasescontainingasyntheticadmixtureandsimilarmixturesatconditionsunderwhichthemixturecanexistonlyasagas.ThispartofISO12213specifiesamethodforthecalculationofcompressionfactorswhenthesuperiorcalorificvalue,relativedensityandcarbondioxidecontentareknown,togetherwiththerelevantpressuresandtemperatures.Ifhydrogenispresent,asisoftenthecaseforgaseswithasyntheticadmixture,thehydrogencontentalsoneedstobeknown.NOTE--Inprinciple,itispossibletocalculatethecompressionfactorwhenanythreeoftheparameterssuperiorcalorificvalue,relativedensity,carbondioxidecontent(theusualthree)andnitrogencontentareknown,butsubsetsincludingnitrogencontentarenotrecommended.ThemethodisprimarilyapplicabletopipelinequalitygaseswithintherangesofpressurepandtemperatureTatwhichtransmissionanddistributionoperationsnormallytakeplace,withanuncertaintyofabout_+0,1%.Forwider-rangingapplicationstheuncertaintyoftheresultsincreases(seeannexE).Moredetailconcerningthescopeandfieldofapplicationofthemethodisgiveninpart1ofthisInternationalStandard.

【摘要】:Ifacoatingistofulfillitsfunctionofprotectingorimpartinguniquepropertiestothesurfaceofasubstrate,itmustadheretothesubstratefortheexpectedservicelife.Becausesurfacepreparation(orlackofit)hasadrasticeffectonadhesionofcoatings,atestmethodforevaluatingadhesiontodifferentsurfacetreatmentsorofdifferentcoatingstothesametreatmentisofconsiderableusetotheindustry.Thelimitationsofalladhesionmethods,andthespecificlimitationofthistestmethodtolowerlevelsofadhesion(see1.3)shouldberecognizedbeforeusingit.ThesetestmethodsaremechanizedadaptationsofTestMethodsD3359;therefore,theintra-andinterlaboratoryprecisionofthesetestmethodsaresimilartoTestMethodsD3359andtootherwidely-acceptedtestsforcoatedsubstrates,forexample,TestMethodD2370,butthisispartlytheresultofitbeinginsensitivetoallbutlargedifferencesinadhesion.Thepass-failscaleof0to5forMethodB1andB2wasselecteddeliberatelytoavoidafalseimpressionofbeingsensitive.1.1Thesetestmethodsdescribeproceduresforassessingtheadhesionofmetallicandinorganiccoatingsandotherthinfilmstometallicandnonmetallicsubstrates.Assessmentismadebyapplyingpressure-sensitivetapetoacoatedsurfaceandthenutilizingamechanicaldevicetoremovethetapeataregulated,uniformrateandconstantanglewhilesimultaneouslyrecordingtheremovalforce.1.2Fourmethodsaredescribed.MethodsA1andA2areintendedprimarilyforuseonparts.MethodsB1andB2areintendedprimarilyforuseinlaboratoryevaluations.MethodsB1andB2arenotrecommendedfortestingcoatingsandfilmsonpolymersubstrates.1.3Thesetestmethodsmaybeusedtoestablishwhethertheadhesionofacoatingtoasubstrateiswithinarequiredrange(betweenaquantifiedlowandaquantifiedhighlevel).Determinationofactualadhesiveforcesrequiresmoresophisticatedmethodsofmeasurement.Inmultilayersystemsadhesionfailuremayoccurbetweenintermediatecoatinglayerssothattheadhesionofthetotalcoatingsystemtothesubstratemaynotnecessarilybedetermined.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
