【摘要】:WARNING—PersonsusingthisInternationalStandardshouldbefamiliarwithnormallaboratorypractice.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtoensurecompliancewithanynationalregulatoryconditions.IMPORTANT—ItisabsolutelyessentialthattestsconductedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardbecarriedoutbysuitablyqualifiedstaff.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthelinearisomersofperfluorooctanesulfonate(PFOS)andperfluorooctanoate(PFOA)inunfilteredsamplesofdrinkingwater,groundwaterandsurfacewater(freshwaterandseawater)usinghigh-performanceliquidchromatographytandemmassspectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Otherisomersmaybereportedseparatelyasnon-linearisomersandqualifiedassuch.TheanalytesspecifiedinTable1canbedeterminedbythismethod.Themethodisapplicabletoaconcentrationrangeof2,0ng/lto10000ng/lforPFOSand10ng/lto10000ng/lforPFOA.Dependingonthematrix,themethodmayalsobeapplicabletohigherconcentrationsrangingfrom100ng/lto200000ng/laftersuitabledilutionofthesampleorreductioninsamplesize.Theusershouldbeawarethatparticularproblemscouldrequirethespecificationofadditionalconditions.
